Includes all class materials and a light lunch to share.
Even though designers are inherently one of the biggest advocates for users and human systems, we often don't tend to turn our knack for perception upon ourselves. When we do, however, it is incredible how much we can learn!
This workshop represents one of the core frameworks within Design Infidelity. Through a series of quick, challenging activities, it looks at the ways we understand ourselves as designers and helps us acknowledge the ways we impact processes and projects.
These activities recognise the invisible ethics and beliefs that guide our decision-making, the perspectives that give us our unique lens for identifying insights, and the complacencies that can often limit our scope and potential.
During this 2.5 hour workshop, you'll create artefacts that represent your design approach, and leave with a Personal Rigour Framework that you can continue to develop.
This event is the first of our Meetup events, and requires an RSVP and a ticket through Eventbrite, and carries a small fee that helps us cover venue and food, so we can end the session with a light lunch and friendly debrief.
The workshop will be led by Bonnie Abbott, Double Days.
